About LWHS

Lake Washington Human Services was founded on the belief that quality mental health care should be available to everyone. Because of this, LWHS accepts and helps clients of all ethnicities, faiths, financial backgrounds, sexual orientations and identities. We also offer a sliding fee scale to remove financial boundaries.

We believe that effective therapy requires ongoing therapist training in the latest therapeutic methods and theories, respect for the client, and a willingness to work together. At LWHS this is exactly what we offer. We look forward to working with you.

Provides supportive counseling, psychotherapy, and education. We are a community mental health resource offering diverse counseling services in accordance with your needs; from short-term problem-solving to long-term therapy we are here to help.

Adapts to your schedule and needs. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. Private donations and fundraising keep our fees reasonable. Although we do not offer third-party billing, a sliding fee scale is available. We strive to provide each client with affordable care tailored to his or her individual needs.
